My name is Henry Villarreal and I am a Mortgage Professional who focuses on first time home buyer financing, renewals & mortgages for self employed individuals.

My core business area is Delta, Tsawwassen First Nation, Surrey, and New Westminster. However, I also provide home financing services throughout the Lower Mainland, Thompson-Okanagan, Kootenay and Cariboo regions. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, and have basic knowledge of Portuguese.

When I moved to Canada at the age of 18 to pursue my Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Northern British Columbia, I specialized in business, laying the foundation for my understanding of the mortgage industry. My academic achievements, such as the UNBC Academic Excellence Award for Finite Mathematics for Business & Economics, demonstrate my analytical skills.

After 5 years of professional experience in Vancouver, I dedicated myself to pursuing further education as a mortgage broker at the University of British Columbia to specialize in what I do best and enjoy the most: getting the best deals with my analytical skills and helping others.
